Booking Policy Terms & Conditions

Check-in after 16.00

Check out before 11.00

Children

Children of any age are welcome, Cots and extra bed policies:

< 2 year old – Cot upon request

2 years or older – fold down bed-settee (accommodates 2 children).

Age restriction:

There must be at least one adult booking in.

Payment: 

Full payment will be requested at time of booking.

Cancellations:

A full refund will be offered within 24 hours of booking and up to two weeks before arrival date.

Smoking:

Smoking is not allowed.

Parties:

Stag nights/ hen parties are not allowed.

Pets:

Pets are welcome with no extra charge.
