Yes, there is ample parking for all guests at Aidan’s Island.

Yes, there is a ramp up to the double front doors and the Villa is all on one level.

The villa is an all-on-one-level property so there are no steps or stairs inside the house. There is a ramp
up to the front doors. However, there are two steps down through the patio doors to the outside areas.

Yes, we have a cot (+ bedding) and a highchair for your toddler, and there are also toys and games.

Aidan’s Island accommodates seven guests comfortably, however there is a fold-down bed settee in the
master bedroom if needed.

The nearest supermarkets are 10 minutes away both in Westport and Castlebar.

‘Just Eat’ deliver from three different takeaways: Nicos; Castle kabab house; Munch and Go.

There are numerous restaurants to suit all tastes in Westport and Castlebar, most now accommodate
outside eating and take-away meals. They are a 10-minute drive away.

The Villa at Aidan’s Island is a smoke free zone and we would hope to maintain the fresh, clean air in the
property that it’s natural surrounds contribute to. If you simply need to smoke, please do so outside of
the property only: there is outdoor furniture and an ashtray for your use. There is a lovely view of the
lake during the day and the stars in the late evening.

Yes, At Aidan’s Island we understand very well that your dog is part of the family.

There are no extra costs/fees associated with bringing your dogs.

We have a large open dog pen (with large dog house) just down from the property which you can use if
you do not wish to leave your dog in the house. We live just down from the house, where the pen is, so
hopefully we will be about to keep an eye one them.

Yes, we do live on site. Our area is fenced off, approximately 20 meters down from Aidan’s Island, and we share the same driveway.
